Terms of Service

By commissioning me, it means that you have read and agreed to these rules.

Payment★ All prices are in USD, paid through PayPal/Venmo.★ Payment must be paid upfront and in full before I begin any work. Failure to make full payment within 1 week after my e-mail confirmation will result in cancellation of order.★ Payment plans are not accepted.

Extra Fees★ Requesting the restriction to keep your commissioned piece HIDDEN from posting it online will incur an additional fee.★ If the design is too complex, additional fees may be added.★ MAJOR edits after finished artwork or WIP (such as different clothes, poses, extra characters, backgrounds, extra VFX, color palette revamps, etc) will incur an additional fee.★ MINOR changes such as small details or color adjustments as well as edits required due to me missing information or misinterpreting critical details are typically free of extra charge.★ References are required for commissions. Additional fees may incur if I need to design your character in order to draw illustration.★ Commercial work will be charged 2-3 times more. Ex: Artwork used as STREAMING ASSETS (headers, notifs, emotes, stingers, in-between screens), NETWORK ASSETS (website graphics) or MERCH PRODUCTS (charms, stickers etc).

Refunds★ Not all commissions will be accepted. Commissions I do not think I can do will be rejected. I may refrain from giving a reason to rejected commissions.★ A full refund will only be given if no work has been done. Partial refunds are available for work that has not been completed, but has had at least a stage of progress finished. No refund allowed for fully finished work.★ When you commission me you agree to waiting in queue with no deadline. Only after I accepted payment would time start and there be a set deadline given. If this is a rush order, please let me know ahead of time.

Artwork Rights★ Personal use of commission does not give you the right to gain a profit, including but not limited to: NFT minting, selling copies (digital or printed) or using the artwork in advertisements.★ Personal use artworks may be posted to social media with credit. (Please note the difference between sharing commissioned artwork on social media versus using it as vtuber promotional material)★ I reserve and retain all rights to my artwork: This means I’m allowed to publish examples in my portfolio, social media platforms, personal sites, record, stream the commission process, and etc. UNLESS discussed beforehand.

Blacklist★ Commissioners who are disrespectful and/or do not respect my TOS will be blacklisted.★ Chargebacks are not allowed. It will result in being blacklisted. The client's right to use the work is revoked and I reserve all rights to the piece. Design commissioned such as adoptables/character designs will be resold and re-used.★ If you use my art to train AI, you will be blacklisted. You may not modify (re-color, painting over, editing, etc) distribute, post the piece to any blockchain related network, or claim my artwork as your own.
